Frequently Asked Questions - Mailing list issues
IMPORTANT! Please read this first With the launch of this version of the website we have introduced a new system which combines the mailing list and forum together with all of the new and upcoming features. To take advantage of this system and ensure that you continue to receive mailings from us, you MUST register, even if you have registered before.
Q. I don't seem to get emails from you
A. There are a number of different explanations for this
1) Please bear in mind that this is a VERY occasional service. Emails are sent out infrequently. We do not have the facility to resend previous emails from the list.
2) It maybe that your computer or your ISP/network provider has anti-spam measures in place that automatically classifies mail as spam. Check that your system isn't classifying messages from the list as spam. Emails will be from this address and will usually include "Cliff Richard Mailing List" in the subject line.
3) We may have attempted to send you a mail and received a bounceback from your ISP. This might occur for a number of reasons, e.g. your mailbox was over it's storage quota. Unfortunately, any email addresses that generate bounced mails or automated replies from your ISP are automatically deleted.
